The Commons at Palmetto Advances Through Pre-Development Phase

Palmetto, FL - ReEnvision Partners Group's flagship development, The Commons at Palmetto, is advancing steadily through the pre-development phase. Rezoning discussions are underway with the City of Palmetto, and the team is finalizing architectural designs for the attainable townhome community in Manatee County.

The Commons at Palmetto will deliver 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhomes with attached garage, each approximately 1,300 square feet. The homes are designed specifically for families at 80% Area Median Income (AMI), targeting a price range of $360,000 to $380,000 per unit. Each site will accommodate 6 to 12 units depending on parcel size.

The rezoning process, which typically takes 9 to 14 months, is a critical milestone on the path to construction. RPG is working closely with Jake Bibler, Community Planner for the City of Palmetto, to navigate zoning classifications and advance toward approvals. The City of Palmetto and the Palmetto Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) have demonstrated a strong commitment to the project through a collaborative public-private partnership that supports the development of attainable housing in Manatee County.
