Tampa, FL - ReEnvision Partners Group (RPG) has officially launched the development process for Sanchez Commons, a 70-unit workforce housing community planned for 3304 Sanchez Street in East Tampa. Sanchez Commons is designed to serve working families in East Tampa, a community with a demonstrated need for quality, attainable housing options. The development will deliver approximately 70 units of multifamily workforce housing on a site that includes 66 parking spaces, 2 ADA-accessible spaces, and approximately 6,800 square feet of green space, with dedicated pedestrian paths and thoughtful vehicular circulation.
