ReEnvision Partners Group: Why We Build Attainable Housing in Florida

Florida faces a growing shortage of quality housing for working families. Here is why ReEnvision Partners Group was founded to address that gap, and what we believe it takes to do it right.

Modern housing community

Florida is one of the fastest-growing states in the country. But growth has not been evenly distributed. While new luxury developments continue to rise across the state, the families who teach our children, staff our hospitals, and keep our communities running are increasingly priced out of the places they call home.

That is the gap ReEnvision Partners Group was founded to address. Not by building cheaper housing, but by building quality housing at attainable price points, designed specifically for working families and the communities they belong to.

The Problem Is Real

In Manatee County, where RPG is currently focused, the shortage of attainable housing is not an abstract policy problem. It is a daily reality for families earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. These are households that earn too much to qualify for deeply subsidized housing, but not enough to compete in a market that has seen home prices climb well beyond their reach.

The result is overcrowding, long commutes, and families making impossible tradeoffs between housing costs and other basic needs. Stable, quality housing is not a luxury. It is the foundation on which everything else in a family's life is built.

"We are not just building units. We are building the foundation that families need to thrive."

Why We Are Positioned to Solve It

ReEnvision Partners Group brings together 65+ years of combined leadership experience across construction, real estate, and finance. That combination is not accidental. Solving the attainable housing challenge requires expertise in all three disciplines simultaneously, and most organizations only have one or two.

Our LEED-certified builder brings over 20 years of construction experience. Our real estate leadership brings 15 years of market knowledge and brokerage expertise. Our financial leadership brings 30+ years of investment structuring experience. Together, we can take a project from concept to completed, occupied homes.

We also believe deeply in the power of public-private partnership. The City of Palmetto and the Palmetto CRA have demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting our housing pipeline through a collaborative partnership. That kind of municipal commitment is not just financial, it is a signal to the community that this work matters and that the people in power are committed to making it happen.

What ReEnvision Means

Our tagline, "ReEnvision. Tomorrow. Today.™", is not marketing language. It is a statement of intent. We believe that the housing challenges facing Florida communities are solvable. We believe that working families deserve quality homes. And we believe that the time to act is now, not in some distant future when conditions are perfect.

With The Commons at Palmetto and Sanchez Commons both in active development, we are putting that belief into action. These projects are just the beginning. As we prove the model in Manatee County and East Tampa, we plan to replicate it across Florida, bringing the same commitment to quality, community, and attainability to every market we enter.

The problem is real. The need is urgent. And we are building the solution, one community at a time.
