The Commons at Palmetto is our flagship co-development project: 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhomes with garage, approximately 1,300 sq ft each. Designed for families at 80% Area Median Income, these homes deliver quality construction and thoughtful design at an attainable price point. Each site accommodates 6 to 12 units depending on parcel size. ReEnvision Partners Group, led by David Carmena, serves as co-developer on this project.

Development Status

Development meetings ongoing with the City of Palmetto Community Planning. Rezoning process initiated (9-14 month timeline). Securing final construction financing. RPG serves as co-developer alongside its partners.
